There is an infinity of types of pasta, the vast majority of our pasta is bronze drawn, here some examples:

As the name implies this pasta is perfect to eat with calamari (squid) and tomatoes.

Even the shape of the pasta recalls the dish which it wants to be consumed with.

Fusilli casarecci are suitable for rustic dishes, to be eaten with mushrooms or other vegetables, while candles can also be consumed with fish.

These are all larger shapes of the traditional fusilli, penne and penne rigate.

To combine as the small types for moments in which one wants to give a more special note to the dish.

Freselle (in the picture to the left in the center, of a round shape) are the ideal dinner for a hot summer evening. To be consumed if necessary, sprinkled with a little water and to be covered with tomatoes, basil and extra virgin olive oil.
